Cooking Instructions
Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Grill: Oil grill and heat it to medium heat. Place salmon on grill skin side down and close the lid to the BBQ. Cook salmon for 10-20 minutes (not turning meat) or until internal temperature reaches 165º and salmon flakes. Bake: covered in an oven heated to 325º for 20-30 minutes until salmon flakes and internal temperature reaches 165º. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
