Grilled Ginger Chicken

Description:

Tender chicken breasts marinated in a mixture of fresh ginger root, minced garlic, and a little sugar for a hint of sweetness makes this a delicious entree.  Always one of our monthly best-sellers.  In the oven or on the grill, it's a fantastic chicken entree.  Kid-Friendly    Oven Bake/Grill  ~5 PointsPlus Weight Watcher Points~

Ingredients:black pepper, garlic, Soy Sauce, fresh ginger root, white sugar, Olive Oil

 

Cooking Instructions

Thaw 1-2 days in the refrigerator before cooking. Bake: Discard excess marinade.  Place chicken in baking dish and bake at 350º for approximately 30 minutes, or until temperature reaches 170º.  Grill: Discard excess marinade. On an oiled grill, cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 170º.
