Ingredients:cooked bacon, Parmesan, half and half, 2% milk, garlic, Smart balance, Dijon mustard, cornstarch, chicken broth, cayenne, pepper, chives, rosemary, sea salt, thyme, Madeira wine
Thaw 1-2 days in the refrigerator before cooking. Place sauce mixture in a medium-sized saucepan and cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to lightly boil. Add chicken, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170º. Penne: Meanwhile cook penne according to directions on bag and drain. To Serve: Put some penne noodles on the plate, top with desired amount of chicken sauce, and top with our grated Parmesan cheese and your chives.
