Quiche and Raspberry Scones

Description:

Crisp, smoked bacon combined with Swiss cheese, green peppers and mushrooms- baked in a golden deep-dish crust until bubbly.  Accompanied with (6) White Chocolate/Raspberry scones. Probably the best scone you've ever tasted. * FULL ENTREE ONLY*     ~12 SmartPoints Weight Watcher Points~

Ingredients:  bacon, Monterrey Jack  cheese, half and half, eggs, green pepper, mushrooms, onion, white sugar, pepper, sea salt, (6) White Chocolate/Raspberry scones

Cooking Instructions

Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking.  Pour contents of egg mixture over ingredients in pie tin. Bake: uncovered at 375º  for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350º and bake approximately 45 min. longer until firm and browned. Let sit for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
